About Tanswell Technology Ltd

We have over 15 years of experience in IT products and services. We are customer-focused, so are not interested in selling you overpriced systems which you don’t require, charge you extra then move on. Our goal is to build a long term relationship with our clients. We would like you to be happy and confident enough with our products and services that you recommend us to friends, family and colleagues. It’s really as simple as that. 


Tanstech's goal is to be a one-stop-shop for all of your IT needs. We can assist home or business users. We can also take ownership management of your bespoke IT systems including Point Of Sale (PoS) Systems.

  • System Audit – We are happy to come to your premises and perform an audit on your current set-up and follow up with a report with our recommendations

  • SSD upgrades – we clone your existing system to newer, and therfor faster, Solid State Drives meaning it’s returned to you as you left it with us but much faster

  • Virus and Malware removal – unlike others, we preserve your files, settings and applications rather than just reverting to Factory Defaults

  • Wireless network issues/improving wireless networks

  • Network Storage (NAS) and integration with home audio/video systems

  • Supply new hardware and data transfer

  • Data recovery – we have a low cost and high success rate for data recovery from most devices but we also have an advanced Data Recovery partner should you require donor parts for your failed drive. This is typically a third of the cost of a national data recovery centre such as OnTrack with a low assessment fee if we are unable to recover ourselves

We don’t repair mobile devices and tablets but we can highly recommend the guys at Imax repairs in Tring for any mobile or tablet repairs that you may require.

We are HP Business Partners and Microsoft Office 365 Cloud Partners but we can source and supply most hardware and software at very competitive prices. We can also provide quality, business class connectivity through our preferred ISP, Zen Internet who are UK based. We also provide you with priority support through Zen, dealing with any issues that may arise on your behalf

We like to think of ourselves as your outsourced IT department. We will support all of your IT Systems and liaise with third parties (eg Database, Telecomms and Accounting software providers) in order to ensure ownership and swift resolution to any issues that you may have, leaving your to manage your business and not be stifled by IT problems

Our rates are very reasonable and we will actively look at new and developing solutions as they become available to ensure that your systems are as efficient and economical as they can be

If you are within 20 miles of Aylesbury, we will come and perform a free, non-intrusive systems audit and provide you with a report on your current setup along with any recommendations we may have. If your current provider is doing a good job, we are very happy to confirm this for you and perhaps be a second choice for you if something should happen to your current provider
